The Boca Grande Health Clinic Foundation, Inc. ("Foundation") is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization, founded in 2003, to provide financial support to the Boca Grande Health Clinic, Inc. ("Clinic") in Boca Grande, Florida.  As such, our mission is to raise and manage capital to subsidize the operating and capital needs to the Clinic.  We enjoy a broad based level of donor support from across the community and receive further assistance through a number of special events throughout the year.  The Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Trustees with day to day management provided through a small, but dedicated, staff.
